The industry-leading Ultra HDR capability, lossless real-time RAW calculation, and RGBW Pro that maximizes the sensor’s capabilities break new standards for computing images with chip-level technology.

For example, when running OPPO’s self-developed AI noise reduction algorithm, Mariana MariSilicon X can achieve a processing speed of 40fps with 4K specifications, which is 20 times the performance compared to the 2fps speed supported by the previous Find X3 Pro universal NPU.
MariSilicon X also uses an innovative two-tier storage architecture to provide strong support for the excellent energy efficiency and real-time nature of AI computing. Among them, MariSilicon X integrates an on-chip memory subsystem, which can provide a large throughput of up to trillion bits per second, ensuring that massive AI data does not need to leave the AI computing unit during calculations, and avoiding internal and external data exchanges. In addition, MariSilicon X is also equipped with independent DDR bandwidth with a transmission speed of up to 8.5GB/sec, which provides independent bandwidth for each computing unit in the chip, so that the supercomputing power will not be limited by the speed of reading and writing. MariSilicon X also integrates the self-developed MariLumi image processing unit and has achieved a breakthrough in HDR performance. The MariLumi image processing unit supports a processing bit width of up to 20bit and supports an amazing 20bit Ultra HDR, which is 4 times the HDR capability of the current flagship platform. In the real-time picture, the extreme value of the brightness contrast between the brightest and the darkest reaches 1 million to 1, which is almost the same as the real feeling of the human eye.
