iPhone 14 Series will bring “notable” and “considerable” changes to design over the iPhone 13 Series which will unveil next year. iPhone 14 Series will have four models which may name as iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max. There will no mini model in 2022. Apple have plans to use LTPS OLED display for at least one model of iPhone 14 Series which would still stick to 60Hz display, while other three models will use LTPO OLED displays with 120Hz variable refresh rate by LG.
As per report claims iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro will use 6.06inch display, where iPhone 14 Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max will come with a larger 6.8inch display. iPhone 14 Series will feature punch-hole display for Pro models – iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max while the other models will keep notch. Ross Young with his recent supply chain suggests that 2022 iPhone Pro models will feature under-screen Face ID, while other models keep Touch ID for security.
2022 iPhone Pro Models could use titanium built chassis design and Pro Max is rumoured to feature round buttons on the side.
As per alleged renders iPhone 14 Series will have flatter back camera module and Pro models will feature 48MP wide-angle sensor. iPhone 14 Series will allegedly stick with Lighting Port to adopt uniform charging instead of shifting to USB-C. 2022 iPhone models will be powered with a new A16 Bionic built with a 4nm manufacturing process.
